Returns / Exchanges Info
Please note we are currently only shipping to Canada and the USA. For all international shipping please contact us for a shipping quote, but note we may not be able to offer shipping to your country.
We are happy to refund or exchange orders within 30 days of purchase. You will be required to contact us and fill out our return form.
Items must be in new condition for refunds or exchanges. If there are anything signs of use, a refund will not be issued. Please note, as we are a scent-free company, returned items must be scent free. For example, not smelling of smoke, perfumes, Febreze, etc.
In most cases the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs surrounding their return / exchange. Exceptions may be made in certain cases (ie, you've received the wrong item). Again, please contact us within 30 days of purchase and we will provide the refund form and take it from there.
The return address will be provided on the rerun form.
