Shipping Info

Please note we are currently only shipping to Canada and the USA. For all international shipping please contact us for a shipping quote, but note we may not be able to offer shipping to your country.

Shipping Times: We usually ship items between 3-5 business days. If you are in a rush and need your order shipped asap, please reach out and let me know. We can try our best to get it shipped the say or next business day.

 Shipping Costs:

-Canada: $18.00 flat rate shipping across Canada using either Canada Post or one of our shipping partners. If the shipping cost is $1.00+ less than the stated amount you will be refunded the difference.

-USA: $20.00 flat rate shipping across the USA with one of our shipping partners. If the shipping cost is one dollar or more less than the stated amount you will be refunded the difference.

-International: **Please send us an email to inquire about international shipping.

**If you are interested in a very fast shipping option, please send an email and we'll get you a quote for the fastest shipping option available.

In-Person Pick-Up: Free in-person pick-up in Mission, BC. If you choose this option the address will be sent to you after your order is ready. $5.00 meet-ups in Abbotsford or Maple Ridge (please note I may not be able to deliver your order directly to you, we can discuss a meet-up location).

Shipping Supplies: We do our best to use sustainable packaging. Please note we may occasionally use recycled boxes for shipping where appropriate. Please be sure to recycle or re-use all the packaging! 

CancelationsOn our end, orders will be cancelled if there is a problem with the information you provided, or a problem with the order and we don't hear back from you after trying to reach you. We will use email to attempt to reach you in these cases. You are free to cancel your order any time before it has been shipped. After it has been delivered to the shipping provider, orders can no longer be cancelled.

Duties / Fees: There may be additional fees or duties on your shipments. We are not responsible for paying any customs, duties, import fees etc. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Late / Lost Items: Please note what we have no control over what happens with the postal system! There may be delays or lost orders. If you'd like insurance on your order, please contact us before making your payment. Please contact us if your order is late.

Incorrect Addresses: Please note we will not pay for new shipping labels / re-deliver fees for incorrect or incomplete addresses. Please double check your address before submitting your order. If an order is sent back to us, you will be notified via email. We will need payment for the new shipping label and an updated address before re-sending.

Shipping Policy: We will do our best to get your order packed and shipped asap. We retain the right to refuse shipments and orders.
